Navayuga can welcome visitors, but the ashram is still a small place today, with much of its energy devoted to construction and development.
Those who live here devote their time to practice, teaching, seva and work on the ashram. Coming to Navayuga therefore means understanding from the outset that the welcome is simple and that everyone needs to be genuinely self-reliant.
English-speaking visitors are welcome. English is spoken at Navayuga, and teachings or individual spiritual guidance with Jayakrishna-ji can be offered in English by prior arrangement.

Visits and stays are arranged in advance. If you are travelling from abroad, please contact us before making travel arrangements so that we can confirm that we can welcome you and clarify the practical conditions of your stay.
The ashram is not yet organised to receive drop-in visitors without prior arrangements.
COMING INDEPENDENTLY
a simple welcome, with genuine independence
Navayuga is neither a hotel nor a holiday centre, nor a place where a team organises visitors’ daily lives and leisure time.
Accommodation and practical arrangements are agreed before the visit, but everyone needs to be able to manage their daily life, settle in and use their free time simply, without expecting the people who live here to be constantly available.
This independence is not a lack of hospitality: on the contrary, it leaves more room for silence, practice, contact with the place and a personal experience of the ashram.
TAKING PART IN ASHRAM LIFE

When you stay at Navayuga, you enter for a time into the life of the ashram: its practices, periods of silence, rhythm and times of seva.
It is therefore important to read the guidelines before asking to stay. If your main wish is to help with building work or offer a particular skill, the “Support us” page also presents the different ways you can contribute.
